I called today and the first great thing was someone answered the phone right away! I spoke to Rob and he was outstanding.. I've already been approved for disability and just had some general questions about the Continued Disability Review (CDR). He gave me some great tips over the phone. It was so kind of him to do that. I feel like that kindness and willingness to try to help people says a lot about this law firm. I wish I had used you guys! Truly thank you for the "pointers". That meant everything to me as I haven't been able to get Hankey Law on the phone to answer just some basic questions. Everyone on disability WILL undergo a CDR (review), usually every 3-6 years. After you win, make sure you keep up with going to all your drs visits and make sure your doctors are regularly documenting your symptoms and there severity in their notes. This is critical! Im still working with Lewis disability law and I've had an amazing experience so far. They are extremely thorough and professional. They have gone into great detail explaining the process and have also gone through great lengths to get me approved. Unfortunately I got a judge with a horrible approval rating but Scott hasn't given up. He explained the next steps that we will go through and explained what to expect in a worst case scenario if the appeals process doesn't go as we want.
