If I can this law firm ZERO STARS I WOULD I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Karen and this law firm. We hired her at the last minute believing she would advocate for my brother, but in my experience, it felt as though she worked against us instead of for us. After paying for her services, I expected commitment, communication, and integrity. Instead, it seemed as though she aligned more with the opposing side, and my brother ultimately received the maximum sentence. To make matters worse, when it was time for court, she withdrew from the case entirely. That decision left our family blindsided, heartbroken, and scrambling for support during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. I trusted this firm because of the glowing reviews, but now I truly question the credibility of those testimonials. From my perspective, choosing her was a costly mistake.
