I first found this group through a friend. I used the start chat now tool to see if i even had a case for my dog bite incident. Within the next 20 minutes after my chat, i was given a phone call by the office asking if i could send photos of my injury. Then, I was given a very friendly and professional phone call within 12 hours of my first contact with the office online. This was informing me that they would like to represent me. I signed the documents that were sent through text messaging and was told that a lawyer will be reaching out to me within the next 24-48 hours.

Calling the office today for the first time, a woman named Annette answered the phone. She was very kind, caring, professional and helpful. It is so nice to call a company and get an actual nice person on the phone instead of automated options to go through that aggravates me by the time a person comes on. Thank you Annette
