There was clear evidence of neglect with children on ex's side. Also, abuse to me and children. The kids had a lot of emotional damage from the few years of everything. In the end, she proceeded to give more time to father that in the end he didnt even want and was in and out of court systems himself. She then tried for a conflict co parenting class. My experience with Sandra Moreno Garcia, acting as Guardian ad Litem, raises serious concerns regarding her professional judgment, objectivity, and adherence to the standards expected of her role. Ms. Moreno Garcia consistently failed to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation. Key witnesses were overlooked, relevant evidence was disregarded, and critical context was ignored. Most troublingly, she demonstrated a lack of discernment in identifying signs that the children involved were being coached or coerced by an abusive parent. Despite clear behavioral indicators and supporting testimony, she appeared either unwilling or unable to recognize the psychological dynamics at play, leading to recommendations that were not only uninformed but potentially harmful. This inability to distinguish authentic disclosures from those shaped by manipulation calls into question her capacity to serve effectively in high-conflict custody matters. Her apparent bias toward one party further compounded the issue, creating a process that felt less like an objective inquiry and more like a perfunctory endorsement of a predetermined narrative. Guardians ad litem are entrusted with protecting the best interests of children--an obligation that demands vigilance, critical analysis, and neutrality. In this case, Ms. Moreno Garcia fell markedly short of these expectations. Her involvement undermined the integrity of the proceedings and, in my view, placed vulnerable children at further risk. I urge all relevant oversight bodies to seriously reconsider her suitability for future appointments.

This is a useless lawyer. Do not get her if you have little children, she will do more harm than good. For appointed GAL- She will make up statement, she doesn't review any therapist notes, doesn't talk to the child doesn't review doctors orders. She only does what is in her best interest. She will show up in court and sneaking while you pay for her to be professional and help your child. If you send an email asking for billing statement she will charge for 30min for reviewing the email. She will charge you for full work day even if you only spend 2 hours in court. This happened to me don't let it to happen to you.

In the past 2 weeks she has worked very very hard and officially and professionally. She's very kind to my son and is looking out for the best interest of him. I'm very grateful for all her hard professional work. If she's this good at being a G.A.L I will hire for anything else too that her law offices provides you're in good hands with her
