I had a profoundly disappointing experience with my attorney, who demonstrated gross incompetence in my daughters custody case. Critical documents were mishandled, and a guardian ad litem could make initial recommendations without conducting a thorough investigation. My attorney misrepresented my intentions, claiming I was okay with his failure to contact support, which was far from the truth. As a disabled veteran, single father, and full-time student, I sought only to uphold my rights as a father. Unfortunately, his lack of diligence has led to ongoing legal battles, consuming both time and resources while neglecting my and my daughter's best interests. I cannot recommend this attorney.

Was given ample time and tons of evidence to prepare and didn't, and I almost lost all custody of my daughter because of it. Then immediately after the hearing, he fell off the face of the planet. Nothing was turned in on time and no progress was made on action items due immediately. I had to connect with the correct people myself to get them to nudge him about it weeks later. No one was objectively rude or mean, but they also weren't around to be anything - good, bad, or otherwise. No support, no communication, no follow up, no help. Phone call appointments missed. A nightmare, to say the least. I finally had to find a new lawyer, and I'm months behind in my custody case (and have missed significant moments with my child) because of it. Hopefully there's new tools and strategies implemented soon, all clients deserve the best possible effort and that didn't happen to me.
