Risk delt with my case as a public defender for a case I caught in Johnson county . My family ended up hiring him as a paid lawyer for my Marion county case . When I had a warrant for my Johnson county case I ended up calling him to let him know I was literally kidnapped and held against my will by my ex who was a confidential information for Indianapolis police and my ex's statements ended up leading to several arrests in a federal case a drug ring in Indiana. When I spoke to Risk about being held captive and against my will for 49 days he told me he would not do a motion of discovery of my violation (my escape charge from being kidnapped at the Johnson county work release) because I'm just a drug addict and nobody would believe me . This case was in 2021 and I had to do 6 months and 2 days in the Johnson county jail because I was kidnapped and my PAID lawyer refused to believe me due to my past addiction . Since then several women have been beaten , abused , raped , && held captive because my PAID lawyer looked at me as a drug addict rather than a victim . If I could give zero stars I would . I never got my justice and neither did past victims or current victims because due to my drug addiction my monster walks free amongst others .

How can someone be a Judge and a Public Defender? The only explanation for that just comes down to having zero remorse for people at all. My one encounter with you determined you as a very hateful human being also calling to schedule an appointment is impossible. Horrible person who does not have a drop of care in their heart at all.

I recently hired Mr. Risk as an attorney for my son who has a drug addiction. He has struggled for many years with a drug addiction, and I have fought right alongside him. It has been a long journey, and he has been through many court proceedings. I have hired many attorneys over the years for my son, and I have to say that Mr. Risk is the best most caring, genuine man you can have on your side! I have nothing but respect and high regards for Mr. Risk and his dedication to helping give people a second chance. I highly recommend Mr. Risk for any legal needs. He is by far the best attorney I have ever had the opportunity to actually watch him in action is very impressive. Also, with his extremely long law experience has enabled him to have a very large network that he is very highly regarded in. I gave him a 10 out of 10!
