They say they will take medical malpractice cases, but they will only take your case if it's well worth it to them. They only want the cases that are worth big money and don't care about clients or holding hospitals accountable. This lets hospitals get away with making people critically ill! I was given a drug at Parkview Hospital that was clearly listed as an allergy on my chart and within two days I was in critical condition from their mistake. If I had died they may have taken the case. Don't give people hope if it's not worth it for you to follow through! And at the very least call the client back and give them a straight answer!
