Client
I hired this firm to represent me in court. The first hearing I attended and was represented by him I lost and ended up paying the other party their every demand, at last i requested a motion to be heard on my behalf if other party could not file a agreement so my home was not forced into a sherriff sale, instead Nathan agreed to extend the sale by 60 days stating opposite lawyer would file this, that was last Monday morning, as of 7 days later nothing has been filed and the only thing I recieved was a letter from Nathan saying he is withdrawing because I didn't pay him, the agreement was I pay him $900.00 when the home sold. We are now at the deadline where house will be sold and Nathan was told Friday he is still my lawyer and court cannot accept paperwork from myself to get a motion, the clerk asked if he wanted to file his with draw so I can go ahead and file, he told her no he's sending me a letter, when clerk told him the situation he replied the other attorney was to file the motion and he would take care of it, as of Monday morning nothing has been done by attorney Carlson or this lawyer. They are both trying to force the sale at this point I believe. This lawyer does not fight for what you want or keep his promises regardless of what is going on.
