Michael A. Busching is a personable and dedicated lawyer. He represented me in a case and got what I thought was fair. His paralegal Lisa always answered my questions and worked hard to get done what I needed. Absolutely great team and I very much appreciate their hard work for me!

I used this company because of the commercials. I filed my suit, I didn't hear back for months. Then after 6 months they said they couldn't do anything. I complained and got some money. But it took like a year. Never again. I would never use them again. Someone pulled in front of me while I was going 55 mph. And they got really nothing for me.

Glaser and Ebbs really isn't that great. They are terrible to work with. The front desk ladies are really rude, especially when they answer the phone, and I never even saw my lawyer. I was always working with someone else. I only spoke to my lawyer once. The day she was hired and paid! What do ya know. I've been trying to get some papers that's supposed to tell me some info on my license. They were already sent once, but i never got them because they were sent to the wrong address, and the lady i was working with (Loretta) still hasn't sent them again and ive been calling and calling. For almost a year now. Loretta forgets everything i tell her. The front desk ladys clearly dont care much. You wont get anyone on the phone unless they want to talk to you. They are just going to tell you they will take a message no matter what because you're only a priority if you're handing them money!

I could not be more satisfied with the results of my case. My attorney, Robert P., had everything in order and showed great care and concern.
