I reached out to Jennifer team about a discrimination issue I have with my landlord. When Lori finally got back to me she was very rude and unprofessional. She did not let me speak, it felt like she continued to talk over me, then finally said I was not going to change Jennifer's mind she will not be taking my case. I felt unheard, I understand they don't take all cases however a simple "we apologize this isn't something we could help you with" could have been simple and RESPECTFUL. Other than continuing to mention how Landlord's aren't obligated to provide certain things unless it's stated on my lease, She didn't not bother listening to the fact that my request for accommodation was due to my child disability. Very disappointed in this firm given the fact that I had heard nothing but good things.

My experience was amazing! I felt seen and heard from the beginning. My case was taken very seriously, and my thoughts and feelings, as well. My case took less than 24 months and throughout, I was informed along the way. I want to take this time to give a huge "shout out" to Lori Kolb!!! She is amazing! Thank you Jennifer and Lori for an outstanding job....Blessings to you!....oh, I failed to mention.... Jennifer won the case for me!
