Pat Arata is the worst lawyer. He canceled my incarcerated loved one's court date twice to run personal errands. How is picking up your wife more important than doing a job that was paid for? He then yelled at me the last two phone conversations I had with him because I asked him if I needed to hire another lawyer because he was acting as if he couldnt do the work needed to get my loved one home for the holidays. He has told us one thing and did the complete opposite this whole time. He is by far the most rude and incompetent lawyer I have ever worked with. He will be spending the holidays with his family this year and my loved one will be spending Christmas is jail for a misdemeanor plea

I only give four stars because there's always room for improvement. However, I would like to say that I'm impressed with the service cleanliness of the office for Arata Law Firm. Personally, my time involved with Mr. John Watkins was brief, yet very productive and that my goal was executed quickly. Thank you Arata Law Firm!

Absolutely the worst representation I have ever had. Never met with me to review my case. I had to call or email over and over to get a response. Did not have a problem cashing my check though.in my opinion I would have had as good or better representation by public defender.
