My wife and I recently created a living trust. We contacted Indiana Estate & Elder Law and made an appt for a free consultation on the matter. They were very professional and pleasant at he meeting, listened to our specific situation, and explained our options based on our needs. The costs of the options were clearly identified. Based off this, we had them work with us to create an irrevocable trust. They are working with us to fund the trust, clearly explaining what needs to be done. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable and clear in explaining the trust and process for funding it. Very easy to work with. I would, and have, recommended them to my family or anyone else seeking to create a living trust.
