In 2024 I was falsely accused and subsequently arrested for crimes that were manufactured by 'haters". I consulted with a few different attorneys, some who did not have a specialty in criminal law, and a couple of them, whom were highly trusted, recommended Bob Canada. Bob and I initially sat down and discussed the what the costs would be, which were fair, and what he thought the approach to my defense would be. Throughout the process of over 18 months, Bob meticulously, picked apart the prosecutions case. He filed motions and memorandums with the court and remained active and did not let things sit. He communicated throughout the process even to the point of letting me know when I would not hear from him because he was working on other cases. Not only did Bob get me acquitted of all charges, but helped me understand what happens after the case is decided i.e. getting bond money back etc. In summary I would (and will) recommend at the highest level, Mr. Canada to anyone who needs an attorney with a specialty in criminal defense.

I have dealt with Mr. Canada for many many years now. He is very good at what he does although you might feel otherwise, but let me tell you when you receive that phone call or meet him before court the pit in your stomach that you have had dwelling on what's about to happen just disappears. He is honest about what he can do or what is about to happen. He is a good man helps on the Drug Court Team.

Bob is an amazing attorney who honestly cares about his clients. He knows almost every aspect of Indiana law. He also has an incredible reputation and pull in Warrick and Vanderburgh County's. Retainer fees are very reasonable and well worth your money. If you are needing or considering an attorney for anything, I highly recommend you consider this man!

Rude I remember 6 years ago whenever I was a recovering addict he wouldn't help me told me I sounded high on the phone when I wasn't I'll always remember that to this day.
