Terrible law firm. I thought with all of the billboards showing how much money they recovered that they would be the best attorney to contact about an injury. Called them and we were told we had a case. We were assigned to work with Corey Redmon. After that point it was just terrible. It's like pulling teeth to try to get these people to respond to questions. They don't respond to texts, emails, or voice mails. You can almost never get anyone to actually answer a phone, but if you do it's only to be sent to another voice mail. There was very little communication with us from their end. Didn't really have any idea what was going on and, like I said, they don't respond to questions. Then out of the blue we received a letter from them saying they were no longer representing us with no explanation. Finally my wife was able to get their reason. They stated that they do not do litigation and that our case required litigation. Which is strange now because we have since contacted another attorney and he assured me that Issacs and Issacs does do litigation. So not sure what happened here. But just an overall terrible experience. It's currently been 2 days since my request for information on if they filed a notice of tort claim, which is something my new attorney is asking about. I have called and sent an email. No response. I don't figure I will receive one at all.
