He is most useless attorney in the whole 574 area code. Big name lawyers have told me this too . Unfortunately only after he got several thousand towards his retainer. Do yourself a favor and find a different lawyer because he will only take your money and not help like he makes you think.

I actually called your office and spoke with you on my custody/child support situation back in early 2024, I spoke with you and you had told me you would give me a call back on Saturday b/c you were debating going in to the office to work on Saturday....(I spoke with you the day before which was on a Friday). Never did I ever hear back from you, which is absolutely fine. I put filing for support on hold due to my father passing way in 2024 so I am once again seeking "HOGHLY RECOMMEND/RATED legal council. My matter is not resolved, and I am still not receiving a penny for child support and my son is 15 who lives with me and is only with his dad one overnight a Week. I do highly rely on reviews With many things that I'm shopping for (including Attorneys).... With that being said, You do have many other negative reviews and a lot of them you try to say you're fake accounts. But honestly, Google does a great job of filtering out fakes and auto bots. So I'm not sure why that's your go to with every negative review. Then the ones that are negative that you Do not call fakes, Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, you are very Aggressive towards the person in a negative way and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I'm sure many others!!!! So thank you for this because it does show character And you did save me money and time by me NOT hiring you

Attorney McCloskey is a busy man, rightfully so, and therefore he is direct. He helped me in more than one situation and his advice and guidance was just what I needed.
