Laura Vogler's skills and knowledge are tremendous in the area of elder law, and guardianship for individuals who are unable to care for themselves or dangerous to themselves or others. Very very highly recommend her.

Very professional! We set up a living trust for our family. We filled out the trust packet and then met with the attorney. In two weeks, we executed/signed the paperwork and then began the process of moving all of our assets to the Living Trust. The staff explained everything to us, and the material they supplied us made the process understandable and easy! We highly recommend this organization for estate planning.. Thank you!

I deleted my old review because I forgot how badly they messed up. I was reminded after my parents passed and had to deal with the mess they made. Their incompetence is costly both in time and money. They don't return calls or emails, the lawyer will not be present at the signing, and they will not assist you with their work afterwards. Don't trust them when they say "your CPA should stay in their lane", make sure they are present in all discussions, as Amy will claim "that she a lawyer not a financial advisor" when their plan is poorly executed.

The team at O'Drobinak & Nowaczyk is OUTSTANDING. They were extremely thorough with our Will & Living Trust. Amy Nowaczyk is extremely knowledgeable and her passion for elder and family law is clear. I also found her views on work/life balance refreshing in the legal field, and the team around her has a family feel, which we think is important for a firm that specializes in family law. My wife and I are younger, but were explained clearly all the benefits of doing these critical documents now, and Amy will change them with us as our goals and situations change. I love the pricing structure and would STRONGLY recommend anyone at any age at least meet with them to see what their options are regardless with far away they may seem.

Amy was wonderful, we discussed some estate planning for my mom. My mom passed unexpectedly and the firm sent a beautiful sympathy card even though we did not complete the documents. I would use Amy for any estate issues without hesitation. Wonderful people.
