This lawyer is rude, arrogant and not worth the money he charges. He is untruthful and malicious. Save your money and hire a real attorney. I used Tom O'donnell to appeal the judgement we got using Mr. Giorgi and wow...he used the information I gave him and actually won my case that Mr Giorgi was to incompetent to do. Oh well, lesson learned and money wasted, nothing I can do now but warn you to use a better lawyer.

I used Mr Giorgi years ago and he won me custody of my daughter he was very helpful and kept me very well informed about what was going on. Would definitely use agian if I had to.
