**I Do not recommend her**If I could give a negative star I would! Attorney Kristina Garza required that we Zelle her $1000 and she would do three certain things to close the estate. The next day the judge said she could not represent us because she was already representing the defendant and she cannot represent both sides and that she should know that was very unprofessional! We asked for our $1000 back because she did not do anything to close the estate. I had to hire another attorney to do that and she still refuses to return my $1000 even though she did not do anything for me. Don't trust her...and she is not even a good lawyer. She did not win anything for her clients anyway even after keeping it open from 2023-2025! I see that Garza posted a response saying my daughter committed a fraud and that is NOT true! I also see she said she did not represent us then why did she take $1000 from us? She is a scammer... don't trust her!

My recommendation is to stay away from her! She is extremely unprofessional and will not do what she says she is going to do. I was in need of assistance with an estate and she made me believe that she could help me. She convinced me that she could help and did not do anything productive towards my situation. She took my money and did not benefit me at all! When I requested a refund she told me absolutely not. Do not trust her to help you! 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Absolutely the best out there! Kristina is professional and understanding. She was the absolute best during my divorce and I my opinion, went above and beyond and didn't nickel and dime me! I had a lawyer before her steal thousands of dollars from me in Demotte...Kristina is amazing and HONEST! I cannot say enough good things about her. Even though my divorce was a year ago, I know I could still call her for anything. Don't hesitate to use her!!!

She is was not my attorney but my Ex-husbands but is a total piece of work from my understanding took a good amount of money from him and for what who knows i didn't want nothing from him..my divorce has been finalized since November 14, 2023 and this woman is holding a check that was given to her back in September that belongs to me. She will not return my attorneys calls or messages. She is a piece of work. Never available. A complaint with the board with be next.

Kristina is Amazing! She represented me in a civil dispute and did an amazing job. She is highly professional and organized. I would highly recommend her.
