Well I really don't know what to say! I assume my case is still going on I send messages. I don't hear back all the time most the time. When I first contacted them, I was less than a month from my accident happening where I had broke my neck, blew my rotator cup out and messed up my elbow knocked on my teeth out. Instantly I was sent to doctors 45 minutes from my home to an hour then wanting to do therapy when I still was in the healing process from breaking my neck and getting ready for surgery I tried to explain to these doctors that I can't have therapy when I still gotta get my neck operated on hadn't done anything to my shoulder yet then was hospitalized for surgery after surgery. I've been off work for three months struggling to pay bills and and survive because of this accident then I receive a phone call two weeks ago saying that there's not much they can do for me they need copies of some bills I sent them and I've heard nothing back my most important thing I wanted to get my mouth fixed from all my teeth being busted to help obviously, I wanna be healthy. I'm still seeing my own doctors and surgeons was told by my doctor I'd have 30 to 40% disability because of my neck I was hit while riding my motorcycle and the guy fled. The scene left me for dead The motorcycle I was riding was families. I was not on their insurance, but they added me to their insurance. The company did after the accident and only offered to pay $1000. I'm sure they're very good attorneys, but I'm not having the best of luck with them communication is poor. Yes, my phone was damaged due to the accident and due to my inability to work finances are very tight I struggling to get by so I can't afford to go replace my phone at this time but all I'm told is there is a cap. They can't do much for me but when they took the case, they were gung ho and how they were gonna help me in I have not heard from anybody for any idea what kind of compensation I may be receiving what I can get done what's gonna get paid for so I want a scale of one to 10 I'm gonna have to say for my own personal experience thus far probably a three and I hate to give a poor rating, but I can only go off my own experience. I do like their commercials. I like their quick response to take my case and all the good things they told me I just wish there was some more follow-through on everything that I was told and led to believe. maybe later this journey I can give a better writing but right now I can't!
