Matt represented me in a complex lease purchase option in which a tenant exercised the purchase option and failed to close on it. Not only did he recover possession of my property but he also took the matter to court to extinguish the purchase option the other party claimed to still have. He won in district court but the other party appealed and it went to the court of appeals where Matt one again. Then we made a separate damages claim which also ended up in the court of appeals and was sent back to district court for trial. Eventually through settlement discussion Matt helped me settle all claims. Today, after 3+ years, I am smiling from ear to ear, all matters resolved and money damages in my pocket. Matt is not a fancy law firm with all the fluff and high over head. He is the type of guy that answers his own phone and will give it to you straight. He also doesn't bill you for friendly chit chat.
