1st time my Fiance filled out the intake whoever took the intake down only communicated 2 of the 12 or so points to the law office/lawyer so she was turned down for representation based on that. 2nd time they still turned down representation, both times turned down without a clear explanation as to why. She's got a legal advocate, not attorney from a DV shelter which as I understand automatically qualifies you for pro bono services as I've seen other law offices state, not to mention I'm in an active bankruptcy which automatically qualifies for those services as well even with going based off of my income and don't seem too interested in helping despite what I first heard of them being an excellent place to go to and in our specific case/circumstances they haven't been unfortunately. Unfortunately I will personally not attempt to receive legal help from this law office again.

Helped me through a grant for people with disabilities when other agencies weren't able to due to the complexity of my case. Excellent customer service. Even when my assigned lawyer had a medical emergency, the head lawyer stepped in to make sure I wasn't on my own in court. Definitely recommend if you need legal assistance.

They didn't do anything like say, call or email me back. Good luck getting them to answer the phone, no matter how many times you call or how long you wait on hold. All I was wanting was some do it yourself paperwork. I get a letter saying they couldn't help me with an attorney because they didn't have any available. I didn't ask for one to begin with but no template paperwork that I did ask for. Apparently they don't listen to their voice mail or bother to read the emails I had sent.

I've tried calling and have filled out the forms twice now. Each time I submit my forms it tells me my session has expired and if I have password to enter it or to restart the forms. Please help!

Love everyone here, they are the best people around, and they do not lie to you at all about the animals, and they are the sweetest too, if you have questions about any type of product they will tell you about it and show you also.
