IBJI Physical & Occupational Therapy - Wilmette

I highly recommend IBJI. I've seen two physician/surgeons there and they were both great. Have had two knee replacements performed by Dr. Michael O'Rourke. Can't say enough good things about him and his Team.

The Wilmette location is great. Therapists Lauren and Austin are thorough in their approach, demonstrations and feedback. They are quick to address and modify any discomfort. Already seeing improvement.

The IBJI team of Monica, Hillary and Jordan helped put my mobile life back together. Super smart. Super good communicators. Superior knowledge and step-by-step actions to rebuild proper motion. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for PT!

Having two complicated hip replacements this spring within 8 weeks of each other, I used the IBJI Physical Therapy team in Wilmette, led wonderfully by Morgan Etheridge. All I can say is how terrific my experience was in every aspect from the front desk through to the therapy teams. First of all, prior to each surgery, I was able to schedule the PT sessions across the future weeks to ensure that I could fit them into my work schedule. Each and every session was conducted with a specifically tailored approach to wherever I was along the rehab journey. Morgan was the therapist I saw most often (and was absolutely terrific), but on those days she was not available, the therapist assigned to me didn't miss a beat and had been fully briefed on my situation and progress. They were also terrific each week in providing me with exercises to continue progressing at home. To cut to the quick, I went from a walker necessary for my first six weeks (because of my specific complications) to returning to the activities I enjoy (walking, swimming, biking, yoga, etc.) by the end of the sessions. I simply can't thank Morgan and her team enough for their professional skill, individual care and personal kindness every step of the way. I will absolutely recommend them to any and all!!

I had a great experience with knee joint replacement - Dr O'Roarke - and the PT that has followed. I would not change a thing. They are pros!!
