I hired this firm for a partition. Got no where in 2 years and more than $20,000. I tired of them and closed my account with after getting nowhere. Just prior to releasing this group, I replenished my 5 K retainer. I was told I they would discuss my retainer and get back to me. IT is NOW 7 days shy of 60 days and still no final bill OR my retainer. Don't you love lawyers????? I never want to do business with another lawyer the rest of my life. BE CAREFUL, BE VERY CAREFUL of these guys. My mom told me I was always too trusting. Shame on them!!! I can't even give them a 1.

I would not recommend carey sheiver. I am on disabilty a simple probate case that was put together for him by me. Cost me a outrageous amount. If he would of been prepared the first time there wouldn't of had to be a second court hearing.a simple accounting over $7,000. I was going to use him for my mothers but I definitely will find somebody different. Highly recommend...this is a great team of professionals that stands up for the "little guy." Liz Cronin was a rock star in helping us settle our small suit that made a HUGE difference for our business!!!
