Kevin was referred to me by another attorney to work on an appeals case in tandem. To be honest, I have yet to meet him! But, I can tell you he did a wonderful job for me. Through only phone calls with me, Attorney Sommer grasped the case and situation and took charge. I felt in very competent hands. He was up front about the procedure and kept me informed. I would not hesitate to hire again. I hope to meet him someday too! And my appeals case was perfect!

Mr Sommer's "investigation" process seemed very lackadaisical. 1 meeting with each family in his office. Never did home visits after they were requested, and the only outside source he talked with was a biased party, which he called the day before court. He was late to literally EVERY meeting and court date. Kevin seemed like a nice person, but he did not thoroughly look into our case at all.
