There's actually no way this is a reputable and legitimate business with the way they go about things. First of all they have called my husband several times and stated different numbers of debt each time they call him. Which they can't even disclose that to anyone but me in the first place but then to have a different amount each time. Second of all, this time they actually contacted me and when I told them they can't release my information to anyone but me she said they never have spoken to anyone but me. I let her know they've called my husband and she said no he called us and he already knew everything not our fault. She couldn't even verify any of my information besides my date of birth. It all felt very scammy. Then she proceeded to tell me I'm a liar and I'm making up stories and started yelling. If this somehow is a real business - they probably need to rethink how they run it but I can guarantee none of my banking information will be going to them for any "debts" they claim I owe.

Extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and hypocritical employees including management. They don't identify themselves or the company they work for. They demand you provide your personal information but won't even have the common courtesy to identify themselves.
If you try and call about customers service or figure out what's going on you're hung up on.
Here are there conversations I've had.
Me: hello there
Them: is Hannah Wallace there?
Me: oh I'm sorry who's calling?
Them: I can't release that information until you tell me who you are.
Me: I'm you called me though?
Them: what's your point?
Me: I'm sorry I am not comfortable having this conversation if you can't tell me who you are and why you're calling.
The calm was ended because the person on the other line started yelling.
Me confused then tried to call the number back to see who they are and what they want. The First Gentleman I talked to claimed to be a manager. He wouldn't talk to me or even hear my side of the story without me fully identifying myself. But not identifying them. I was again hung up on me when I asked.
So I tried a third time. I was transferred to another person, who also claimed to be a manager. They were upset and refused to talk to me when I wouldn't identify myself because I was the one who called them. Yet refused to see how they did that to me. I was once again hung up on.
If you want to hide behind, the whole "we can't release information to you without telling you telling us who you are." You know you don't have to release my specific account related information. you can literally say "we are a debt collection agency we're probably contacting you to collect or settle a debt. If you would like more information about your account info and can you please get me your information to confirm it is you before proceeding." Or something like that is how you should have this conversation. Not just give me your information or I'm not gonna talk to you.
Not surprised y'all don't even have two stars.

This place is fraudulent and a scam. They sent me a letter in the mail saying that I have an $1100 medical debt of which I'm already making payments on to another debt collector but they said that this is "final collections". I called the place and they were incredibly rude not very forthcoming with information so I said that I would call them back and I called the people that I have the payment plan through and they said to disregard everything from them because it's a scam and everything is going like normal through the legitimate Payment plan. So don't fall for whatever they have to say.

The employees at this business are so rude! The lady I spoke to kept calling me a liar! I believe her name was Bri??? I explained to her I was paying payments directly to the hospital and they assured me that was alright to do so. I have never spoke to any business with this type of customer service!!! They don't even deserve one star! Do better!!!
