Kirk W. Bode Law Office

I was a little hesitant to trust in Kirk Bode due to previous experiences I have had with family lawyers. They all seem to promise the world and in the end make you wonder if you could have done it yourself. Mr. Bode was extremely attentive to my case and followed through with confidence. He was professional yet aggressive in the courtroom. I couldn't help but feel that Mr. Bode cared as much about the case as I did. That's just the kind of guy he is. He has the traits you need in a lawyer. I highly recommend Mr. Bode.

Horrible experience. Mr. Bode, although personable, showed a complete lack of interest in my case throughout the process. On multiple occasions he showed up to hearings without paperwork and even showed up one day and asked, "so what are we doing today?". I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. My case was black and white and he still didn't even attempt to do anything on my behalf. The whole time I felt like he was fighting for the other party. He also charged me $1000 dollars for services he said he wouldn't because I wasn't able to pay off a $3000 balance within a week, even after I was told by his employees that they do payment plans. His response to that was, "I don't care what they said, I'm in charge!". Just a very unmotivated lawyer and bad experience which I'll be paying for over the next couple years.

I've been clear with you Mr Bode. Mdezarn. S.Joslin. & M. Duval . all All with emotional and mental advantage from four years of Mrs Duvals violent verbal abuse upon my son and his wtfes severe violent verbal abuse along with total deprivation of food, money. His own family. They have disabled my sons abilty to remove himself or hood children until last year. Then Mr Dezarn made serious THREATS to T Henry and his wife causing all my related children to be returned to Illinois right back into the arms of three of seven in they're mutual family that have severely abused, neglected and disabled my related childrens. R Joslin made an emergency call to me on the evening of June 11 stating he needed help because Mr Dezarn along with Miss Joslin and Miss Duval were forcing him up sign that settlement you drew up that I know in FACT. New denied and obtained a lawyer the day before court to contest the entire settlement. I called your office very distraught to give you the opportunity to do the right thing. Especially since you've been given an award for Lawyer of the month. I'm filing a serious complaint against you with the bar association for conspiracy to deny a y trans gender mtf his children. Best lawyer around by far. He's fair and won't tell you what you want to hear like some lawyers will. If you hire Bode you won't be disappointed that's for sure!
