This firm does not follow basic ethics or normal legal procedures, and Mr. Joshua is either comfortable making his living by shielding abusers from accountability or so gullible as to fall for the same DARVO tactic he uses in the courtroom. Regarding a simple petition for a restraining order, I had to tell this team to contact the petitioner's attorneys - not the petitioner - at least three separate times. This is a bullying tactic that is frowned upon among professionals, to put it lightly. Regarding evidence for the court, this team was more than eager to submit anonymous messages and posts culled from the internet under suggestive headings that claimed they were relevant to the dating relationship the petitioner had tried to terminate month's prior. They also boldly lied to the petitioner's attorneys that these same internet artifacts were parts of the former relationship. Surely, as attorneys, they are well aware that such slanderous artifacts are far from acceptable evidence. If not, then I hope no one should place trust in them to resolve a serious situation. In court, Mr. Joshua rants at the judges, other attorneys, and parties to the matter the same way a TV pastor rants at the parishioners from the pulpit -- with a pretense of righteous indignation that clues the listener into the plea for additional payments that will swiftly follow. If you are looking for a firm of ill repute to assist you in avoiding accountability for abusing and then relentlessly stalking your ex whose life you have threatened, this team is precisely for you. They will do anything, ethical or unethical, to shield you from even being asked by the court to stay away from your victim. If you're looking to get help from ethical professionals, then keep shopping. Better attorneys must be out there... somewhere.
