I say use extreme caution in having Gary or Tom either one represent you on anything! I meet Gary in 1998. I knew Gary in a professional and also an in intimate capacity! I was a single mother of 5 and living in poverty. He began my divorce but had Tom finish it because his relationship with me was inappropriate. I used Gary on my divorce, my lawsuit for my home burning down, my crimal traffic issues, and my second divorce in 2017. Most times I would leave from court dates angry because I always lost! My last case Gary left me at the bench on 3 different occasions to fend for myself! He without my knowledge motioned the court to withdraw from my case. The judge in Dekalb County allowed me to fire him as her response was she has to be allowed to fire Gary and retain other counsel as it was obvious to the court that he, Gary,was prejudice against me! He was MY attorney and in my opinion he was paid off by my husband's very wealthy family. All of my cases are public record so I would recommend doing alot of research on his other cases before I hired him. I know people will wonder why I continued to use his services.. in 20 years I NEVER received a bill! Never received an invoice of any kind! So for that part of the story you will have to form your own opinion.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brunke when I was searching for a lawyer to handle my estate. He came highly recommended for several sources so I gave him a try. He was totally professional and handled all of my concerns at a reasonable price. I'm not one to write reviews but when someone impresses me to this extent I felt moved to action. Beware, NEVER hire either attorneys in this crocked firm I hired Tom Gorman to close on a property in December 2018. He was very slow in response and poor on communication, on final walk before closing, we found leaking cracks, and I wanted to walk out on closing, he confirmed to me, along with my agent, that the sellers will add a clause in the closing document that they will fix the cracks after closing and there's no way they'll get away with it. But went off radar after closing. And his partner Burnke was very rude when I tried to seek his help.
