Find another attorney. I don't care if you've heard otherwise. No communication. Months with no word of anything then hurry up and gather information that was already provided. Did not fight for us. Can't stress enough that this entire office needs to wrap up and retire. Secretary told us on the down low that remainder of fee would be deducted from settlement then when asked again claimed she never said that. Typical. Had a gut feeling from the VERY BEGINNING that we should have sought other legal counsel but stuck with it just because we are not versed in lawsuits and a friend recommended. I'll say it once more LOOK ELSEWHERE.
