Today I had a bad unprofessional experience , im supposed to receive a check from them that's from the seller that I purchased the home from we have an escrow/ agreement between us the money was giving to them they had 90 days to fix the issue with the address home , the lady that answer my call scream at me telling me I should be happy that I will be receiving the money I was not in tittle to that money that the owner was not obligated to give me anything as if the money was coming out her pocket , does she not know what an agreement is? I'll I wanted was an update since last updated was September 2,2025 and still not received anything I get yelled at , and told all this stuff not once was i disrespectful or raised my voice ...

Tom, Lauren, and Jill were all great to work with. They were knowledgeable and friendly when going through the paperwork needed for my closing. When I got to the closing, Tom went through all the paperwork, page by page and explained everything I was signing and guided me through a very easy process thanks to his knowledge and helpfulness.
