I haven't started my case yet but Ariana has been tremendous. She's been very forward with me. Super compassionate. I feel like you kind of have to be Stern because there are so many weirdos calling. Hopefully they will take my case seriously and help me with some of the damages that were done to my skin from a laser clinic. if not, at least I tried with a fight.
