WOW. That is the only word that comes to mind. I went into my experience with Krohn & Moss Consumer Law Center, working directly with Brent S. Wikgren and his team, feeling hesitant and skeptical but also optimistic. I had never dealt with a lemon law case before and did not know what to expect. From day one, Brent and his team were true professionals. They answered every single one of my many questions, took the time to explain everything clearly, and handled my hesitation with patience and respect. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and absolutely relentless in fighting for me. We bought a brand new car that turned into a complete nightmare. After having it for only a month, it spent the next two months in the service department. It was in repair longer than it was in my driveway. Highly recommend Krohn and Moss! I had an issue with my brand-new 2025 Mercedes. After trying to resolve it myself with MBUSA, I received a runaround and made no progress.
