I want to thank James for all the work he did for me and for helping me dismiss the judgement that I had against my property in Chicago. When I bought the investment property which he helped me with, I was not aware of any of the building-code violations and since I the process of adding a second floor took over two years, the fees went from $3,500 (which I was not aware of at the beginning) to a scary $15,000! I didn't know what to do and he was able to reduce the fees to $260!! No, I did not miss a zero, I had to pay $260 when I had a judgement for $15K.
