I attended a consultation call with Zachary Roschich. He is rude, dismissive and disrespectful. While he is signed up as a provider with MetLife Legal Plans, he makes it abundantly clear that he does not respect the clients. Instead of explaining the benefits and limitations of his representation, he interrupted me constantly because he had already decided he would not represent me based on two minutes of me discussing the merits of my case. I left not understanding anything about his fees, and he had no desire to inform me, only to communicate in a condescending manner the purpose of a consultation, which, as an attorney, I never alluded to not knowing. I never received services from this firm, and it would not recommend this attorney to anyone who is seeking an attorney who cares at all about the people he represents.
Zach is very, conscientious, thorough, and responsive Plus he's especially well versed + considerate. He has an excellent support team which also contributes to a smooth and successful engagement. And importantly of course, the billing was very fair and reasonable. I definitely and strongly recommend him.
