This guy is the fake deal where he's not with everybody proclaimed. He's gonna sit there and play your face and take your money. That's exactly what he did You're not gonna be able to get in contact with him he never answered the phone. He's gonna tell you to call and then don't answer. You can't get in contact with him. he's gonna do whatever he wants to do which is best for him. I wouldn't get this lawyer. If it was my last resort, he finessed me for my money, sat there, and played in my face play with the judge crack jokes all day didn't take the case serious at all, had to re-explain to him every time I seen him what was going on in the case he all about money with no action I showed him video proof messages photos. Everything he needed. He didn't present nothing to the state or the judge.

You'll hear Rick is one of the best and without question he is. Trust the process and trust the professional. Do what you can to help yourself and let Rick fight the battle in court. A couple things that stand out with Rick. First, when you hire Rick Kayne you GET Rick Kayne. You're not getting some associate or fresh out of college grad. Nothing but good things to say about him, he got 2 class x felony's drop down unto a class 4. My case was kind of tough so he couldn't get it thrown out but it's still a blessing. I would highly recommend if you need a good lawyer who has your best interest at heart
