I used Long Law group to help with creating a will, POA and trust for my mom. That process went fairly well. It has been a couple of years now. I've had some questions recently and decided to reach out to them. They do not answer the phone so I left a message after a week someone returned my call but could not answer my questions. I asked her to pass along my information to the attorney who could. I have not heard back since and it has been a couple of months. I even called back and left two messages and nothing. I'm very disappointed that their response was better to get us in but now that I have questions they are not responding at all. I think my last try will be via email and I hope they respond. Very disappointing! I'm giving them a star because I was forced to in order to post this review.

Joanna and Raven were great help, very easy to communicate with. Very fast respond time. I appreciate all the help in purchasing our new home and selling our old home.

Joanna and her team helped me with my personal injury claim after a car accident.
