Lynn was recommended by our Redfin realtor when we were selling our home. Everything seemed to go well until a couple days before the closing. We kept requesting the estimated settlement statement, with no response. On closing day, I called the title company myself and they sent it to me immediately, saying they had sent it to Lynn several days before. The settlement statement had three errors on it, which Lynn did not catch. I had to give her the corrections, for which she had the proper info. She was just careless. One of the errors was that she put our names as sellers instead of the name of our trust (she had a copy of our trust as part of the initial documentation she requested). All of these corrections had to be made as they were sitting at the closing table. Ridiculous.

Had a great experience with Lynn and her team buying my first home. Lynn is extremely profession, courteous, experienced, and knows her way around what makes sense to get a deal to work. I would highly recommend working with her team on your next closing.
