After a thorough review, Jeff completed a comprehensive updated estate plan for me. We had good discussions on my family situation and gave me clear instructions on how to go forward with funding etc. It was a pleasure working with Jeff and I am very pleased with my estate plan.

When my sister died, her assets were over the probate limit and only had a Will. I emailed Jeffrey and he kindly gave me a valuable suggestion that helped me move forward. I never forgot his kindness to both my mother with her Estate and his guidance with my sister so I engaged Jeffrey for my own Estate. My Estate was quite complex as it involved several properties co-owned with another non-relative in addition to my own personal assets. I needed to ensure that if I died or was incapacitated that my half of the shared assets were protected and would be passed down to my family. Jeffrey documented the different scenarios to protect against and gave me multiple approaches on how to handle the complex rules. He drove the process and coordinated with the other person's lawyer to ensure all aspects were legal. When the documents were completed, Jeffrey explained all the aspects of the Trust and answered all the question. He also provided the Quit Claim deed forms and instructions on the remaining tasks. As a side note: I really appreciated the secure portal where documents could be shared (via email is not ideal) and the billing as we went along during discovery vs. all at once.
