If I could give a lower score I definitely would! Melissa completely failed to do her job as a GAL. She did not do a proper investigation AT ALL. Instead of looking at the facts presented and actually investigating my ex husband and the mental abuse plus the toxic environment he was creating for our children, she simply took his word for all of his lies and took my momma bear reactions as me being the problem. So instead of representing my children and seeing his abuse as such she looked out for his feelings instead and had the audacity to call him a great father! Not only did my children witness his abuse towards me but also went through verbal abuse and trauma from him and they were left completely defenseless in court. Believing his lie of me talking "bad" to my children about him (when that was not the case at all) and telling me that was worse than the constant abuse they witnessed with him. Take your money elsewhere!

I can not thank Kuffel Law enough. Was going thru a bad custody battle and they specifically Max was always there to answer questions and made sure I understood everything.
