I have a slew of unanswered emails and calls to an attorney. I've called numerous times to complain and request a new attorney but THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! It rings and rings, no recording or option to use automated directory. So I can't even go above his head to get action. Are they even still in business? I've lost my entire family in the span of 18 months and the house I was left needs to be sold. I have no idea what I'm doing, I've explained this to him, and I also let him know there is a tax bill pending. As time passes I am terrified I'm going to lose this house for not paying the taxes that he told me I didn't have to worry about. This is my life they are messing with and I won't recover from that loss. If that happens, I will be taking legal action. Unprofessional at every turn, and the condescending and dismissive attitude the few times we did actually speak was insulting to say the least.

Unless you are big money don't waste your time with this firm. One in particular does not return phone calls or reach out to you. It's not like he is court appointed, he is being paid so regardless, everyone should be treated as big money. I learned in 2018 on a house closing because he was not showing interest at all by not returning my calls. I got out of it and went somewhere else, still had to pay a fee, but I guess it was worth it in the end. Someone else hired him this time before I could say DON'T!

I was having an issue with the contractors that had done some work on my home. Frank Nowinski gave me advice over the phone about my options and the steps I can take on my own to get results. He offered to help if I had any future questions. This experience was just from one phone call. Never paid for anything and was given informative and truthful advice. I highly recommend Frank Nowinski to anyone needing his services. I wasn't a client and he helped me so I could only imagine what he'd do for his actual clients.
