Hans is one of thomas's lawyer 2005 I was hit by a semi truck I was at the corner of rt59 and bartlet rd . The light was out because of the weather .I was at the stop sign going south the truck was going south the driver had not notice that the lights were out . He was passing a trailer in the right lane into the left lane hitting a taxi cab that flew over my car I saw the undercarriage landing to the right of me . Then the semi hit me pushing me under the dashboard. Crushing my legs . I hired hans because I used him earlier . After meeting with my company insurance company hans told me it would go faster if we file on one leg only . He never told me what I would get if I filed for both legs and the rest of my body. The jury settled for $250,000 but the judge reduced the amount to $80,000 because I had prior settlement for the one leg from a prior accident. Don't trust these people they are criminals.
