I engaged Rob Fetzner at the beginning of 2020, after being referred to him by a Lake County attorney that I grew up with. I spoke with Rob on the phone, and I could tell right away, he was going to be a good fit. Mary Sump started with him around that time. My ex fought dirty and dishonestly. In February of 2020, she tried to use tactics to gain the upper hand. Mary joined in on the call with Rob to try to diffuse the situation, and I felt very comfortable with her handling my case. We had two court dates in a week, and Mary somehow got me temporary 50/50 parenting and the go-ahead from the judge to move out of my ex-wife's residence. I had previously been told, it would be hard to move out, until the custody was finalized. From that point forward, I only worked with Mary. I cannot say enough good things about her. Mary is a pleasure to work with. She has a sweet and calming demeanor, however, she will fight for you. We won every single thing that I wanted with regard to parenting time and the settlement. Every time there was a pre-trial, Mary would call me and inform me that the judge would rule in my favor on pretty much every topic. Pretty amazing, considering the other side was dishonest and did not fight fair. Mary does not operate that way, so if you are looking for someone that will fight dirty, she's not the one.
