Balsley & Dahlberg LLP

I've been to Dahlberg three times and all went well. I've recommended him to family members and they had no complaints. My sister had him do her last will and testament, she passed away in July and I'm the executor of her estate. I've called Dahlberg multiple times to ask him a question about the will and they never answer, I leave a message and they don't return calls, I've emailed Lisa E (his secretary) and my emails go unanswered. It appears that when they get the money, they are done with you. I would not recommend him to anyone again.

Attorney Dahlberg misinformed me following his quick review of a letter sent me by one of my creditors. After following his instructions, I was still garnished one month penalty; I would not have been had he given me the proper instructions. While speaking to him face-to-face the aftermath of his bad instructions, and asking he take responsibility of such, he merely laughed in my face. His female staff rude and unprofessional; the office closed more days than open.

What a terrible excuse for a business. Went in with my mother and she was treated horribly. Went in to do another eviction on a property and when the "lawyer" came out she scorned my mother over a five dollar invoice that has been past due. Was willing to pay but would not except the money nor , want to represent her. The lawyer and I use that term loosely also described how she sent an invoice for the five dollars with red lettering and final notice written on it on order to "embarrass her with the post carrier". Sorry my mother didn't receive any of these she was out of the country for almost two years and proof will be provided if needed. But to act childish for such a insignificant amount yelling and forcing us out. I never! Do yourself a favor and find another firm to represent you.

I have used this firm several times. I have been treated with respect. The communication is very good. I get return phone calls with great efficiency and my questions are always answered. I do not have to do the work. They do what they are paid for.

Don't waste your money on this place. The lawyer is not what you expect them to do.
