Really do not understand why Jeff would fix his Lawnmower and we deliver a service to him. In return he Cancels his credit card due to no invoice when he knows he has a invoice in hand. Jeff did not show integrity or character. I would think twice.

Jeff did not show good character or integrity when he reversed his credit card on tractor service that was approved and completed for him. I would think twice before going to him.

I called Mr. Jacobson twice in the past couple of months, as someone recommended I contact him to answer some of my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and generous with his time. He had a thorough understanding about the issue at hand,and guided me through the in's and outs of the process. He gave me great advise, and I was able to successfully solve my issue all because of him. Without his advice, I would never have known about the information I was missing. We owe him a great deal for his helpfulness during a stressful time. He never made me feel rushed on the phone, on the contrary, he was so helpful, as he genuinely wanted to help me.
