Everybody was extremely communicative, didn't use any condescending language or tone, and made sure I felt comfortable in any and all conversations I had with them. They made things so easy and even thought i had endless questions they were very patient with me. I will recommend them to anyone i know having the same problem I had. I talked to them less than a half dozen times through the entire process.. thats how easy they made it and in the end i got a nice settlement..
