The process of guardianship is a very emotional process that, as parents, we never thought we'd endure. The Team at Clancy & Associates made the emotional process more manageable. The transparency from Kate Schye and her Team regarding the steps, paperwork, costs, timing and overall process from start to finish that allowed us to provide the information and emotional support to our son and his journey through life with us as his guardians. We learned about Clancy & Associates through an informational webminar offered by our school district and once we made contact, everything was emotionally "easier" from there. I honestly don't care because I found Katie with an internet search and more families facing challenges will be better off if they do as well, so I am really just 'Paying It Forward.'

They skillfully prepared our documents with great care and attention to detail which included Health and Financial Powers of Attorney, Last Will & Testament, Living Trust, and Special Needs Trust, and Guardianship (including our court hearing).
