I was referred to Dan by my broker to review a commercial lease for a unit we were interested in renting. I reached out to a few other attorneys because typically the rule of thumb is to get 2-3 quotes before making a decision. Dan hit the ball out of the park in comparison and is a godsend. Some attorneys are more concerned with making a quick buck rather than building lasting relationships with their clients. He was responsive, available, and willing to assist. I would definitely refer Dan to others and I have him on speed dial should I need his assistance again. He doesn't know it but he's stuck with me forever now. I appreciate his patience and thoroughness to assist with our matter. I was very pleased with his advice and the final results.

I had an extremely unpleasant 2 minute phone call with Dan Garbis. I called him regarding a traffic ticket I (unfairly) got, and he cut me off EVERY single time I was trying to explain important details about the case to him. I never actually got to explain it to him because after he said "for the fourth time, you're not going to win that case", I hung up. I appreciate his honesty about having no faith in his skills as a lawyer, but I did not appreciate his condescending tone. According to him, he was not able to get his wife out of a ticket either. I would only recommend him to someone who would like to lose their case and waste their money.
