Let me start this by saying the other party in this divorce and child custody case is a complete nightmare. Said party tried pulling anything out valid or not wasting time to drag this on. Jason stopped the other side in their tracks to keep focused on the actual issue here, the kids! Our decision on the case came out very favorable and I'm not shocked. Jason is so incredibly educated and it shows how he handles stressful situations with grace but attacks it head on. Jennifer, his assistant was so incredibly knowledgeable on our case to the point she was able to help me several times and answer all of my stupid questions including her to dumb down certain emails from council. These two work as an amazing team that I do not regret hiring this firm for one second.

I write this message as a follow up to the other one-star review. In 2019 I asked Jason for help. He walked me into battle and then left me stranded. Working with him was a horrifying experience, his carelessness cannot be forgotten. If you feel any kind of resistance or doubt while communicating your issues or concerns find someone else to help you. If he doesn't take your case, it's a blessing. He won't admit that he doesn't understand and will blame you for the miscommunication. Moms, don't ignore your intuition out of fear. If it feels wrong then it's wrong. Words can not describe how incredible Jason is! I have had experience with several attorneys in the past for child custody related issues, all of which lacked in the areas that Jason exceeds! He actually communicates with you about your case, and what's going on, and includes you on e-mail communications to the other party, and their attorney.
