I highly recommend Kim. I retained her for my divorce case. The divorce was messy with multiple court battles. It ended up lasting 2.5 years. We had to take it all the way to trial to fight for the truth and what was right and fair. Kim won my case bigger than I could have ever imagined. At trial she made sure the truth came out and my rights were protected. Kim excels in the courtroom and especially at trial. Kim will listen to you and fight for you. She does things a little differently than what I would have expected; trust her process. For the 2.5 years long divorce case, my total attorney fees were under $7k. Kimberly isn't consistent and shows up to court when it's convenient for her,she will cancel your court date because of another one she thinks pays her more. Her reputation has definitely declined and she isn't one to challenge an attorney she is intimidated by.. For these reasons I will never refer her to anyone else.
