Attorney Mitchell is highly unprofessional ,dishonest , and selfish. He will not fight you they are only in it for the money and themselves. After agreeing to 600$ to attend court for my friend attorney Mitchell ignored and rejected calls for weeks until finally gettin in touch the week of trial where they finally went over the case and planned to meet at the courthouse 9am when they open finally on the day of court at 812 am attorney Mitchell calls my friend demanding 3200 to represent them claiming the severity of the case. 48 minutes notice to come up with 3 grand. Attorney Mitchel had plenty of notice and time to communicate and convey costs but chose to wait til the last minute to pressure my friend into spending money they don't have at their lowest and hardest point in life. I do not recommend this attorney or anyone associated they are as close to scum as you can get.

Attn. Mitchell was always available whenever I needed clarification or ensured to get right back to me. He was present at all appearances and was able to reduce the charge. .5 star deduction - I pleaded guilty to a charge I was truly innocent of due to his belief that we likely wouldn't beat at trial. Initially he'd made it seem as though we had a fighting chance. That was my deciding factor when choosing my representation 1 star deduction - State offered 12mo supervision. If I never requested to see if it could be reduced, I wouldn't have gotten it. I feel like he should've ensured all terms were reduced as much as possible before presenting the plea deal to me for signature. All in all, Attn Mitchell was timely, responsive, present, and affordable! I didn't receive any jail time or record convictions which is what mattered most. I'm most appreciative of his services and time
